A couple of weeks ago, on this very blog, we revealed that we’d had brand new destination guides published by Expedia. What’s more, we gave you previews of three of these published pieces: Southwest Washington, Western Nicaragua and the Isle of Skye. The truth is, we’ve been writing literally hundreds of new guides for Expedia over the last few months, so on reflection, we feel we shortchanged you. Therefore, we’ve decided to add a few more.

Our First Ever Buzzfeed-style Blog

At World Words, we always like to try new things. So we have taken a big leap to create our first Buzzfeed-style post.

The blog combines GIFs, videos and images (as well as text) to highlight Valentine’s Day traditions around the world.

City Vacation Guides for Expedia

ExpediaWe have some exciting news, and it has been a long time coming! Our city vacation guide for Christchurch in New Zealand, which was written back in July, has finally been published on the Expedia website. In fact, Christchurch is just the latest of several city vacation guides we have created for Expedia. We’ve previously written about city destinations in more than a dozen countries right around the world, including Albuquerque (USA), Friedrichshafen (Germany), Hua Hin (Thailand), Rarotonga (The Cook Islands), Edmonton (Canada), and Hong Kong.
