Champagne Life: The Saatchi Gallery’s All-Female Show (Private Air Magazine)

Earlier this year, the Saatchi Gallery in London created a groundbreaking all-female art show entitled Champagne Life. We knew it was an event that would interest one of our favourite clients, Private Air Luxury Homes Magazine, so we sent along our editor Mandy – notepad, recorder and camera in hand – to get the low down on the event.

Below is the feature she wrote about the exciting exhibition – as published in the March/April issue of Private Air.

More of Our Best Winter Travel Content

Over the past week, residents of the blizzard-hit north-eastern United States have been sharing their remarkable snow photos online, reminding us that – no matter how unseasonably warm it may be here in the UK – we are still in peak winter season. And considering that a whole month has passed since we last shared some of our finest winter travel content, we think it’s high time for an update.

So, what’s new? Well, we have had a piece published on Run in the Dark Edinburgh, a night-time jogging event in the Scottish capital. For those wanting to improve their written travel content in 2016, we’ve also shared some of our top editing tips with Media Kitty. As for the archives, for anyone looking for last-minute ski holiday inspiration, we’ve pulled out features on Canada’s Mont-Tremblant and the Swiss mountain resort Zermatt. And, because we know that some of the more forward-thinking among you may already be planning your summer escape, we’ve also included a brand new travel guide we produced on the Languedoc region in the sunny south of France.

Scroll on down to read a small excerpt from each.

Winter Travel: Our Best Written Content

Every year, when the weather starts to turn chilly in our corner of the world, we find that the content we produce for clients at World Words begins to take on a distinctly seasonal slant. All of a sudden, the travel content agenda is dominated by all things wintery, from celebrations like Christmas and New Year, to activities like winter sports.

Our winter travel content is for everyone to enjoy. Disappointed you’re not cosied up in a chalet by a roaring log fire? Read about our Alpine adventures in St. Moritz and pretend you are. Rather be flying down mountain slopes on skis? Read our expert blog about winter sports spots in Lake Como. Want to turn the clock back a few days to imagine yourself at the height of the festivities? Read our rundown of seasonal activities in South East England.

Our winter content isn’t all about mince pies and snow either; we’ve also written about Ryanair’s latest winter sun destination, Eilat (for those who want to escape the bleak weather) and London’s best cultural events (for those fed up of staying indoors). We’ve selected five of our finest winter pieces, so scroll down to read a little of each.

Alice Sachs Zimet: Straddling Arts and Business (Private Air New York Magazine)

Collecting photographs is an increasingly mainstream pastime for those with the artistic appreciation, the in-depth knowledge and, of course, the spare money in the bank. In fact, it has become so popular that this is the second photo collector profile piece we’ve written in as many months (following this piece on Richard and Ellen Sandor).

This article on Alice Sachs Zimet was produced for Private Air New York Magazine, a publication focused on high culture in the Big Apple and firmly targeted at the one percent. World Words’ senior editor Mandy interviewed the renowned collector about her love of art and her long-held habit for hoarding, and you can read her piece below.
