From Eastern Canada to Northern India: Articles for Travelsphere World – Pt. 2

This is part two or a two part blog article. Missed the first part? You can read it here.

At World Words, we love everything we do – from blog posts to web copy, tour itineraries to destination guides. But if we had to pick our favourite thing to write, it would probably be travel feature articles for newspapers and magazines. Why? Because you really get to express yourself creatively, while sharing your destination expertise and taking your readers on a journey. So when an existing client, Travelsphere, who we had previously helped with catalogue copy, asked us to write up some travel feature articles for their magazine, we leapt at the chance.

As people who read the first part of this blog will already know, we wrote our first three articles for Travelsphere World Magazine on South America, Europe and California. The next three? You can scroll down to read them…

The Best of Our Winter Travel Content

Every year, when the weather starts to turn chilly in our corner of the world, we find that the content we produce for clients at World Words begins to take on a distinctly seasonal slant. All of a sudden, the travel content agenda is dominated by all things wintery, from celebrations like Christmas and New Year, to activities like winter sports.

Our winter travel content is for everyone to enjoy. Disappointed you’re not cosied up in a chalet by a roaring log fire? Read about our Alpine adventures in St. Moritz and pretend you are. Rather have some winter sun? Read our the wonderful winter sun destination that is Eilat. Or maybe you’re already planning your summer escape? Luckily, we’ve also included a destination guide we created on the Languedoc region in sun-drenched southern France.

You’ll find extracts from a selection of our favourite winter pieces below, so scroll down to read a little of each…

Our Travels: Vancouver Island, Canada

As you read this, some of the World Words team are almost certainly travelling away from home. When we aren’t writing, we’re exploring, which is why we’re the only content agency that caters exclusively to the travel market. Our team is regularly globetrotting and we love to write about our travel adventures in these Our Travels blogs. Like the time Mandy met Tanuki in Honshu, Joe chased geysers in Iceland and Georgia was dazzled by Dubai.

Nathanael, one of our staff content writers, certainly grabs any chance he gets to travel. Last summer, he seized the opportunity to realise a long-held travel dream to visit British Columbia, starting in glorious Vancouver Island…

Hello

The view from Nathanael’s bed and breakfast on Vancouver Island.

The Black Forest to Southern Chile: Even More New Destination Guides for Expedia

A couple of weeks ago, on this very blog, we revealed that we’d had brand new destination guides published by Expedia. What’s more, we gave you previews of three of these published pieces: Southwest Washington, Western Nicaragua and the Isle of Skye. The truth is, we’ve been writing literally hundreds of new guides for Expedia over the last few months, so on reflection, we feel we shortchanged you. Therefore, we’ve decided to add a few more.

Take a look below and you will find three more brand new Expedia destination guides written by the World Words team. The geographical spread of these is just as stark as our previous selection, taking us everywhere from the heart of Germany’s Black Forest in Europe to the south of Chile in Central America. So scroll down to take a look.
